Refund policy

We accept returns within 1 month of delivery if you're not satisfied with your purchase.
The only requirements are:

The customer covers the return shipping cost.

The item must be declared as a return on the package (for customs purposes, if applicable).

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we'll issue a full refund excluding original shipping costs.

Please note: if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or because the package was not collected from the post office, the original shipping cost and any import tariffs paid will be deducted from the refund, as these costs are non-recoverable on our end.
